Hour closings start at $1,500 & may require a non-refundable deposit

attorney requires 2 days to review title and prepare loan documents.
If the title company does not comply, it will be treated as a *24
hour closing. You will be billed accordingly. |
Sufficient equity and/or a higher rate or points
may be required.
The expressed rate could change or not be available at commitment
or closing.
These are ONLY Investors Mortgage closing costs and are paid at
time of closing. Keep in mind you still have title charges, taxes and
insurance etc
