These rates are for single family to four plex units only.
Apartment buildings and other commercial properties may have different
terms, conditions, and fees.
Note:
WHEN BUYING BANK REO's the bank will want you to use
their title agency or attorney and pay for your side of the
title coverage. If you choose this option to save money, we will
have our attorney review the foreclosure process for a fee to
you of $750. This is due to the number of title
issues we have endured due to poor title work from
these foreclosure warehouses.
Sufficient equity and/or a higher rate or points
may be required.
The expressed rate could change or not be available at commitment
or closing.
These are ONLY Investors Mortgage closing costs and are paid at
time of closing. Keep in mind you still have title charges, taxes and
insurance etc
