We have been in the lending business for over 25 years. We have an experienced staff of real estate agents and seasoned investors, with a combined over 35 years of investing experience.

Pat Kiehl is the President of Investors Mortgage. He was one of the founding board of directors for the Dade Real Estate Investors Association where he served as vice-president of the club for 5 years prior to becoming President. He has been an experienced investor for over 10 years. Pat is a licensed Mortgage broker and real estate agent, as well as, an experienced investor. He has played an important part in changing the local standards in customizing hard money loans for the investor. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and is always willing to help educate others when needed.

Cynthia Sellers is a mentor student of Pat Kiehl’s and she is currently in charge of processing all of our loans for Investors Mortgage. She has been with the company since January 2002. She will be there to answer any questions you may have pertaining to the loan applications and the closing process. Cynthia is an intelligent, sincere, and polite individual who is determined to make her mark in the world of real estate.
